Local commercial cleaning
Clearchoice provides commercial cleaning and office cleaning in Halifax for healthcare premises, manufacturing sites, shops and offices. We have cleaned across Yorkshire since 2011, and our Halifax team covers the town and wider Calderdale.
Healthcare and retail sites both come with rules about when and how you can clean them. We build the schedule around those rules rather than asking you to work around ours.
Our services
Daily, weekly or out of hours office cleaning in Halifax, covering desks, kitchens, washrooms, meeting rooms and communal areas. Most offices we look after prefer an early morning or evening clean so the working day is not interrupted.
Cleaning for healthcare settings and other premises where hygiene standards are formally inspected. We already clean a healthcare centre in Halifax, working to the access and infection control requirements those sites set.
A fixed schedule, a named account contact and a written service level agreement, reviewed on a set cycle so it keeps matching what the site needs. This sits within our commercial cleaning service.
Internal and external window cleaning for shops, offices and industrial units in Halifax, including high level and powered access where the building calls for it.
Why Clearchoice
We look after more than 1,000 customers and delivered over 40,000 hours of cleaning across Yorkshire last year, more than 2,500 of those in Halifax. The team is based in the town, so a supervisor can usually be on site the same day if something needs attention outside the usual visit.
Management carries out a quality audit on every customer each month, with a full contract review once a year. On healthcare and retail sites that gives you a documented check you can point to.
We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, and we are CHAS, Constructionline and BICSc accredited. Our full list of accreditations is available, and certificates can be sent whenever your own records need them.
Our cleaners are experienced and fully vetted before they go on site, with training in COSHH, manual handling, fire prevention, slips, trips and falls, and accident reporting and investigation. On healthcare premises that paperwork is usually the first thing you will be asked about, and we have it ready.
Sectors we clean
In Halifax we clean for healthcare, manufacturing and retail businesses. Across the wider business we also work with education, industrial, commercial and fitness premises. A shop floor, a production area and a healthcare setting each need a different approach, and the schedule reflects that.
Coverage
Alongside Halifax we clean commercial premises across the wider West Yorkshire area.
