Cleaning is often seen as a behind-the-scenes role, but the impact of our teams is visible everywhere – from safe, hygienic workplaces to welcoming environments for clients and visitors. The Cleaner of the Quarter award gives us an opportunity to formally acknowledge individuals who consistently go above and beyond in their role.
Each quarter, nominations are put forward by managers/supervisors, colleagues, and clients, recognising operatives who demonstrate exceptional standards, reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Whether it’s stepping in to support teammates, maintaining impeccable standards under time pressures, or receiving fantastic client feedback, our winners truly represent the best of what we stand for.
Our latest award recipients have shown remarkable commitment and professionalism, and their efforts have not gone unnoticed. They are a credit to our company and a fantastic example to others.
